Your Tasks

  • Provide customer support across phone, email, and other channels, including handling complaints and negotiating discounts.
  • Advise customers on our products and services, offering purchase recommendations.
  • Process orders with care, ensuring smooth handling and accurate follow-up.
  • Maintain customer data in our database.
  • Support shipment tracking.
  • Communicate with wineries to ensure seamless order processing.

Your Profile

  • Relevant professional qualification in retail, customer service, or a related field.
  • First experience in sales, order processing, and customer support by phone.
  • Service mindset and enthusiasm for selling.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational talent.
  • Solution-oriented and a real team player.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English - Spanish, Italian, or another language would be a plus.
