Your Tasks

• Du gestaltest ansprechende und inspirierende Online-Banner, Landingpages sowie Designs für unsere Newsletter und entwickelst richtungsweisende Konzepte.
• Du bringst frische sowie kreative Ideen in unser Webdesign ein und optimierst dieses stetig weiter.
• Du entwickelst und implementierst neue CI-Richtlinien, um konsistente Markenidentitäten unserer Brands zu gewährleisten.
• Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internationalen Teams zusammen, um neue Webshops im Ausland aufzubauen.
• Du testest zusammen mit unserem Online-Marketing-Team neue Ideen, um die Performance unserer Webshops zu optimieren.
• Du gestaltest den digitalen Auftritt unserer neuen Marke und arbeitest dabei eng mit unserer Softwareentwicklung zusammen.

Your Profile

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Grafikdesign, Webdesign, Mediengestaltung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Du bringst mindestens erste berufliche Erfahrungen mit, wobei Du eigenverantwortlich im Grafik- und UI/UX-Design mit Ergebnisverantwortung gearbeitet hast.
• Du hast fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Figma und der Adobe Creative Cloud-insbesondere Photoshop, InDesign und Illustrator.
• Du zeichnest Dich durch eine strukturierte, kreative und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Leistungsmotivation aus und arbeitest gerne in Teams.
• Du bewahrst auch in stressigen Phasen einen kühlen Kopf und schaffst es, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu steuern.
• Du verfügst idealerweise über CSS- /HTML-Kenntnisse.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, gerne auch in Spanisch, Französisch oder Italienisch.
