Your Tasks

• Du berätst unsere Kunden und übernimmst den Kundenservice inkl. Reklamationsbearbeitung und Rabattverhandlungen über verschiedene Kommunikationswege, wie Telefon oder E-Mail.
• Du vertreibst unsere Produkte und Services und gibst Kaufberatungen sowie -empfehlungen.
• Du bearbeitest die verschiedenen Aufträge und kümmerst dich um sorgfältige Sachbearbeitung sowie die Nachbearbeitung der jeweiligen Aufträge.
• Du pflegst die Stammdaten in unserer Datenbank.
• Du unterstützt bei der Sendungsnachverfolgung.
• Du kommunizierst mit Winzern zur Auftragsabwicklung.

Your Profile

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. im Einzelhandel oder im Dialogmarketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Du verfügst über erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, in der Auftragssachbearbeitung und der telefonischen Kundenberatung.
• Du kunden- und serviceorientiert und hast Spaß am Verkaufen.
• Du besitzt Kommunikationstalent und Organisationsstärke.
• Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und bist ein Teamplayer.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, gerne auch in Spanisch, Französisch oder Italienisch.
