WirWinzer and TRAVINO are looking for a motivated person for the role of

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager (all genders) – French Market

Role responsibilities and tasks:

  • With your comprehensive understanding of the customer, you will develop highly effective marketing strategies
  • Creating the content plan and aligning all marketing activities, onsite topics and campaigns with the overarching content strategy 
  • Conception and implementation of sales campaigns and promotions in the TRAVINO online shop     
  • Operational monitoring of the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the TRAVINO store
  • Preparation, implementation and management of strategic and operational measures and projects
  • Close cooperation with various departments, such as Category Management, Logistics, Customer Service and IT, as well as with the parent company WirWinzer GmbH in Germany
  • Optimization of the customer experience (e.g. customer surveys, monitoring of customer experience monitoring)

Your profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing & E-commerce or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in e-commerce
  • Excellent written and spoken French and English; knowledge of German is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office, GA and online shop systems
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner
  • Excellent analytical skills and economic understanding
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills
  • Strong team spirit
